We blueprint and build to each customer's specifications based on budget, design and functionality. If you can dream it, we can build it! We have over 65 years of combined experience and have performed in almost every trade in the construction industry at one time or another. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and do our very best to go beyond the call of the job. 
This custom desk was built for the Construction Manager, Mr. Heinlein, of Fischer Homes, with whom we currently hold contracts for hardwood flooring and interior trim. This customer has had numerous projects completed by us to include extensive crown moulding through-out the home as well as built-in custom cabinetry in the basement. As a result of this build, Mr. Heinlein referred us to several of our supervisors at Fischer Homes for similar builds. Mr. Heinlein and his family have enjoyed reduced pricing as well as referral bonuses for their loyalty. As well as being our Construction Manager, Mr. Heinlein, his wife, Mrs. Heinlein and their family are very close personal friends of my family as well as the company. We offer extremely competitive pricing as well as homeowner helper incentives and a cash referral program for customers that refer us to new clients. We encourage potential clients to seek other estimates because we are confident that we can beat our competitors. Being a smaller custom oriented business, we don't feel the need for "mark-up" pricing. Initially, the interior trim was contracted from Fischer Homes by Cummins Construction on this project. The homeowners requested our return after sale where we built and installed custom cabinetry as well as extensive crown moulding through-out the home and a coffered ceiling in the dining room. This customer has asked us to do numerous projects for them and to date, we recently finished a large custom deck as well for them. This customer has also enjoyed our referral rebate service twice for referring new clients as well as reduced pricing because of their loyalty.
